Author Spotlight Event – Shining the Spotlight on Local Authors! Pickerington Public Library continues to connect community at our Author Spotlight Event, and shines the spotlight on local Ohio authors. This free event will take place at Pickerington Main Library on Saturday, September 17 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Many talented writers live right here within our Pickerington Community. Our intention is to introduce their books and create an opportunity where book lovers can meet new authors, pore-over their favorite genres and find a new favorite book, or two! While different authors will be attending from all over Ohio, we are so excited to feature a few locals including Kristy Boyce, author of Hot British Boyfriend; S.R.D. Harris, author of several children’s books, including Future Miss President; John Ruiz, author of A Chaplain’s Perspective on the 2020-2021 Pandemic; Theresa Garee, author of Dear Daughter; and Darian Rowles, author of Uncork Your Life, a guide to getting unstuck. Whether you enjoy a rom com, thrilling fiction, all the facts, or a playful children’s story, there will be something fun for everyone. You’re welcome to peruse throughout the library and visit a favorite or discover a new author, listen to their panel, buy a book and even get an autograph.
