Responsibilities and skills needed include but not limited to: Must be able to do inspections and sell jobs!. Not afraid to get your hands dirty Must be willing to be on-call Certified in Mold Remediation Certified in Fire/Soot Mitigation Certified in Water Mitigation Knowledge of insurance protocol. Knowledge of Xactimate Site Reports/Sketching & providing scope of work thoroughly Process Estimates Customer Service Professional and positive attitude Great organization skills and attention to details Must be able to handle multiple jobs a once. Base Salary + Commission Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Restoration: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: One location
