Part writing lounge, part social gathering, Penning Parenthood is an ongoing workshop series that invites parents and caretakers of all types to capture their experience on the page. Not a writer? No problem. Creative coach/facilitator and twin mom Jen Jones Donatelli will lead the group through a series of journaling prompts, breakout discussions and other exercises designed for creative catharsis and connection. Consider it more of a gathering than a class—and the perfect opportunity to put your pen in motion and explore your experience of parenthood for posterity. The Penning Parenthood sessions will be held at Limelight’s Ohio City location—a gorgeous boho-inspired coworking space filled with color and creativity. Beverages and light snacks will be provided, but you are also welcome to BYO anything you wish! Three- and six-session packages are available at checkout, as well as one-time sessions ala carte.
