He is founding pastor of the Northshore Christian Church (WA), where weekly attendance has grown to nearly 2,500. He brings a wealth of knowledge for developing generous churches and ones that reach their community for Christ. Dwight Mason is an author and lead pastor of NewPointe Community Church. NewPointe has grown from 75 people to six multisite campuses, where attendance has hit over 5,000. He understands the small church and what it takes to develop a church that influences its community in a positive way for Jesus Christ.
