The theme for this class is SPACE = ESCAPE!! Get away from the attacker and run away. This class will teach you safe and effective ways to protect yourself. This class is free to all. Please note that you will be working with a partner during the class, so if you want to register with a friend/spouse/partner please do! Also, we recommend wearing leggings or long pants and a shirt that covers your shoulders.
