These tasks include repair work on doors, locks, cabinets etc... maintenance work, both interior and exterior, paint interiors, basic heating, "odd jobs", "repair tasks". Includes light plumbing work, such as fixing a leaky toilet, unclog bathroom and drains or light electrical work, such as changing a lamp, welding, etc... get units ready for rentals. Partial List Of Some Of The Responsibilities To Be Performed But Not Limited Too will Be: -Perform maintenance repairs calls from tenants as they come in and scheduling with tenants to gain access for repair work. -Perform cleaning and repairs to property in-between tenants -Respond to emergency calls when needed.
