We are looking for a "Warehouse Specialist" to help with our current workload. We are a small, family run business that has been doing business locally for over 100 years. We have very low employee turnover and don't have open positions available very often. This position starts at $22/hour and there is room to earn more if you have the ability to take on some of the more complex tasks that we have. We have medical and dental plans. We have paid vacation & sick days. We have a company profit sharing plan. A lot of the work is light duty. Sometimes mundane. Some of the work involves lifting of heavy packages and moving of 50lb pails and rolling around 55 gallon drums. You'll be on your feet most of the day and people that are not fit tend to not last long at this position. Work includes loading and unloading deliveries, stocking shelves and picking orders, Packing and shipping orders. We also manufacture cleaning solvents and other industrial cleaners in house. The job involves a lot of filling gallons, quarts, and other containers from bulk, capping, labeling, and filling cartons. We are hoping to find someone reliable enough and willing to train in blending products. Our facility is designed to work with these chemicals and has approved air exchange and all other safety measures. We also provide and personal safety gear you wish to use. Because we are a small company and there are only 3-4 people working in the warehouse, attendance is important. So we need someone reliable because the workload on the others grows greatly when we have and we all count on each other here. We work Mon-Fri 1st shift. No nights or weekends. None of the big company politics and BS here. We all work together to keep our customers happy and keep the doors open. Position available immediately.
