Metro DEEP's Economic Empowerment Conference is a quarterly held series of workshops that focus on economic growth through providing a supported path to personal, entrepreneurial, and career development. Building congruence amongst current generations of urban entrepreneurs, our youth, and working professionals at all stages. Metro DEEP collaborates with key economic development partners to host informationally rich conferences, inviting speakers who move beyond relaying conventional content and toward designing workshops that encourage action. We partner with influential community outliers to foster meaningful connections and connect people to resources, information, and opportunities. Through this endeavor, we seek to expand each participants' network while imbuing them with whole-person paradigms and the skills to thrive in life and business.
