DESPERATE HELP NEEDED

we have now been without hot water for almost two weeks. A lot of people have offered to help but have not followed thru or have asked for unorthodox and immoral things which is not OK and I'm not that kind of women. I'm just in a really bad financial spot right now and need a helping hand. My hot water tank went out and it is not fixable i had to shut water source off to it due to risk of possibility of it causing an electrical problem because it keeps shorting out. I'm on disability from work and what i get just covers basic bills and leaves no extra for emergencies like this. I have a 73 yr old elderly parent living in the home that has early onset signs of dementia and keeps forgetting we don't have hot water as well. Looking for help in getting a hot water tank and having it installed. If someone can please help we would greatly appreciate the help
