The line is that the puppy is very reasonably priced due to the seller's troubles (moving, illness, etc. - all lies) and all you have to do is send them enough to cover the cost of a crate and shipping.......but you will never see the animal nor your hard-earned money!! If you cannot see the animal, do not fall for the thief's scam.
