Examples of distressed properties are: • one that may be vacant or abandoned (long grass/boarded up windows) • has city code violations signs • homeowner having trouble paying the mortgage • divorce • death in the family • tired landlord The property scout would collect the address, take pictures of the property, and obtain other important information regarding the property and input the data into our easy to use property software. The property scout can follow along and track the progress made on the property. If it is in fact a deal, the property scout gets paid up to $1000 from the closing attorney/title company! It’s just that simple. Qualifications: No prior experience required.
