Progress321 presents One Region One Table! Celebrating our 5th anniversary, OROT showcases our region's unique culinary culture through an elevated, multi-course dinner experience complete with a cocktail hour, live entertainment, Certified Sommelier Jon Murray's choice wine pairings, and a dessert party! Your OROT experience will be hosted at Million Air with live entertainment throughout. • 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm: COCKTAIL HOUR: 3 appetizer stations, a hosted specialty bar, and a welcome glass of Vara's newly released Sparkling Wine by Laurent Gruet. • 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm: SEATED DINNER: 5-courses with expertly paired wine. • 9:30 pm - 11:30 pm: DESSERT PARTY: 3- dessert stations with paired spirits/wine, cash bar, coffee bar More details will be sent prior to the event.
