Danielle & Sarah will be playing a variety of instruments to help you release stress, deepen meditation and connect with your inner self. Get ready to relax and bring harmony to your body, mind and soul and experience the power of these healing vibrations of the crystal bowls, drum, gong, chimes, etc. Sound baths are great to help reduce stress, improve mental health, increase spiritual connection, release stored emotions and bring in more energy.
