Are you interested in serving healthier food options but overwhelmed with where to start? We are also! That’s why we are partnering up with Misa, from Misa’s Clean Kitchen for a morning of movement and simple swaps.
First we will move our bodies with Rebecca and then enjoy some healthier muffin options made by Misa and she'll share it’s awesome recipe with us! We will also learn how to read labels and WHY that's important.
*Mama's feel free to bring your littles to this event! They are welcome to move their bodies and play during the movement and enjoy muffins during the simple swaps.*
