Renovation crew needed

We are currently in search of crews to assist with ongoing renovations at apt communities in Tullahoma, and Brentwood. Below is a sample scope.  Kitchen- Demo existing kitchen wall behind refrigerator (back side of living room closet). Remove door/door casing off living room closet, that backs up to kitchen. Construct wall to run flush with existing wall behind stove to include studs and drywall & seal up both kitchen side and living room side.  Kitchen- Install new cabinets and countertop, mount new sink, faucet and reconnect plumbing.  Bathroom- Demo vanity/sink and install new pedestal sink and faucet.  Bathroom- Remove medicine cabinet and patch hole. Install new mirror.  Bathroom- Remove towel racks/toilet paper holders and install new.  Remove all electrical outlets/light switches and replace with new. (Leave plates off for painters)  Remove and replace all light fixtures with new and/or fan(s) in bedrooms.  Install new blinds throughout apt  Remove storm doors  Replace weathered thresholds at doors as needed.  Remove all doorknobs & bore out holes to accommodate new modern doorknobs. Replace hinges on all interior doors. We can keep the work coming but you must be able to keep up with schedule and be dependable and reliable.
