Lake Chelan pelican decker paddle boat

Three days ago we saw this Pelican Decker. Looks to be an older paddle boat. We picked it out of the rocks at wapato hoping to find the owner. If you recognize it minus the rescue crew shoot me an email so I can get it back to you. I did report the find to the Chelan county sheriff office. John
