Forklift Training and Certification  Fee: $244(includes $6 insurance fee) Time: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Days: Friday and Saturday   This is a 16-hour hands-on Forklift Operator training and certification that meets OSHA and National Safety Council requirements. WHAT WILL YOU LEARN? Pre-Operational Checks General Operation  Forklift  Driving Procedures  Loading & Moving Materials Special Safety Situations Driving Test    NOTE:  Refunds are only issued due to campus closure (ie. inclement weather/emergency) or insufficient enrollment. Each course is carefully monitored to ensure sufficient enrollment. Students will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class should cancellation be necessary. Please check your email frequently for important updates and communication from our office!   IMPORTANT NOTICE! Please arrive at least 30 MINUTES PRIOR to your scheduled class! You must bring VALID state-issued identification!  Please print a copy of your confirmation/receipt and bring with you to class!   FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to test? Yes, you must have valid, state-issued picture identification for admission to class. All students must be at least 18 years or older.  What are my transport/parking options? There will be a 1-hour lunch break (usually from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).  It is encouraged that you pack a lunch or light snack.  In addition, please dress in comfortable attire for physical activity (ie. jeans, t-shirt, work boots or gym shoes). The majority of the class will be in an outdoor environment.  Do not wear open-toe shoes or sandals of any kind!  Who can I contact with any questions or concerns?
