This is a series of fun, challenging circuit-style group training workouts carefully designed to increase overall strength and fitness, and led by a certified instructor with 14 years experience! All fitness levels-including beginners- are welcomed and encouraged to sign up! All exercises can be adjusted and scaled up or down to meet your needs (running will be included, but is not mandatory). So, if you’d like to be able to leave your workout planning to someone you can trust, and just show up, sweat and get strong- sign up today!!
On the registration page, you may choose between 5AM or 6:30PM. Groups will be twice a week on Tuesdays AND Thursdays beginning September 20th and ending on November 3rd (No class on Oct 4th and 6th). Sessions are one hour long.
