We realize occasionally things unexpectedly come up. Unfortunately, lunch counts must be submitted in advance, and membership dues do not adequately cover both lunch and speaker fees for these monthly programs. To avoid lunch going to waste, members who have registered for a program but then cannot attend should invite a substitute to attend in their place. If a substitute cannot be found, the member will be excused once per year for not attending a program for which they previously registered. For second and subsequent instances of registering for a monthly program luncheon and not attending or finding a substitute, AAF Black Hills will charge a fee of $15 to help cover the lunch cost. The fee will be sent to the member via a PayPal invoice.
