Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience perfectly paired alongside some of Joel Gott's finest wines.
Since they began in 1996, Joel and his wife Sarah, have selected the best fruit from growing regions in California, Oregon and Washington to blend and create a more balanced, clean, complex, for elegant wines. They are geared towards continuing to give customers expressive and food-friendly wines.
The event takes place on Thursday, September 22nd at 6:00pm at Cafe Whitney, inside The Whitney Peak Hotel.
The evening will include a 5 course prix-fixe menu carefully curated by Head Chef, Erick Seevers. Each course will be properly paired with a Joel Gott wine, led by a knowledgeable sommelier. Material will be provided night-of to follow along in this educational journey.
