1996 GMC Yukon: Fuel injector specialist/repair/mechanic

I have a 1996 GMC Yukon SLT 4WD 5.7L V8 automatic with a P0300 code. I just replaced spark plugs, wires, PVC valve, dist cap, rotor, etc. Still P0300 code comes back. Starts fine. Rough idle, power loss. Does this sound like a spider fuel injector replacement project? And are you an experienced, skilled mechanic who can help?
