What are, rather, who are home providers? Home providers are the heartbeat of LEAP of California's Family Home Agency, or FHA. Many people don't know about this exciting and mutually beneficial opportunity to serve your community by increasing housing and changing lives. If you have one or two spare bedrooms in your home and are willing to provide some assistance, meals, and kindness, LEAP trains and supports home providers when matched with an individual with a developmental disability to become a part of your household. We never force a match and if it isn't something that is working out, we simply request 30 days notice. Generous, monthly compensation is TAX free. We have been serving individuals since 2015 and have many lasting matches. We are always looking for home providers in Marin, SF, and San Mateo Counties.
