80 westbound, Fairfield CA

Description

I was on 80 westbound at 12:05 pm 8-18-22 in Fairfield and a truck loaded with junk lost a piece of there load on the freeway I had no choice but to hit it. It was wood wrapped in cardboard I got the plate number but the person is denying it even though I have pictures. Now I have to use my insurance for his screwup. Hoping someone saw it. It literally exploded when I hit it I was in a small grey car he was in a dully with a grey rear end. He’s denying it and my car is messed up
