The Kingdom RSVP Registration Sunday, Jan 10, 2021 Dear Member/Guest: COVID 19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. As a result, federal, state, and local agencies have recommended social distancing. Our ministry is doing everything possible to adhere to all regulations to ensure your safety. We have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID -19, but we cannot guarantee that you or your family members will not become infected with COVID -19. In the registration of this event, and on the behalf of yourself and/or your children you hereby forever release, waive, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Kingdom of God Christian Center, it’s employees and representatives of and from all liabilities and litigation that arises from participation in our programs, services, and activities. You understand and agree that this waiver includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of this organization, its employees, and representatives, whether a COVID -19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any such program, service, or activity.
