Using a balanced scorecard approach, the firm has achieved double digit returns on shareholder equity, an NPS of 72, and overall client satisfaction score of 87%. Farming isn't what it used to be. Farms are full fledged family businesses, with multiple stakeholders navigating changes in technology, automation, and regulation. Strong relationships and local presence are no longer enough to keep customers through a farm's generational transitions.
