*This event is for licensed real estate professionals only* Hurricane season is still here, and while we have been fortunate to have avoided any extraordinary weather events thus far, it is essential to remain prepared through the end of Hurricane season at the end of November. Storms in our area, even ones that may never make landfall, can impact parties involved in a real estate closing. While many circumstances may be beyond anyone’s control, Attorneys Natasha Selvaraj and Jacob Van Duren are teaming up for training on the steps you can take to keep your contracts intact even in the face of a storm. This training will be held at our Sarasota office and will cover the provisions of the FAR/BAR Contracts that deal with Force Majeure and Flood Insurance.
