In this hands-on class, you will practice freezing techniques that will give you the best product. Participants will also taste different dried foods and watch a live demonstration on drying meat. Space is limited to 16 participants, one ticket per person. Must pay in advance before registration ends on October 10 at 5 pm. Cash or check is also accepted.
