Republicans gave a $2 trillion tax cut to the top 2% of the wealthy to get THEIR votes. 2% of a 330,000,000 population is under 7 million. Democrats gave up $500 billion in debt relief (pretty much the same as a tax cut) to get the votes of 20 million people. Three times the votes for 1/4 the cost. Who's smarter?
