BYOB - Bring Your Own Board for only $25! *Class price includes souvenir photos on the water, SUP instruction, and all the paddleboard equipment needed* This unique 2-hour SUP tour & fitness class provides a combination of stand up paddling, core power exercise, and relaxing flow yoga while searching for the local sealife (dolphins, manatees, rays, Florida birds, & a variety of fish) and exploring the beauty of the Clam Bayou Nature Park. After launching, we will explore the famous Clam Bayou mangrove tunnels with views of Downtown Gulfport and the Boca Ciega Bay Aquatic Preserve while practicing our paddling technique, strengthening our core muscles, and focusing on balance. The 2nd half of class allows you to enjoy the soothing sounds of the water while participating in a meditative, modified yoga session.
