Requirements Must have a clean driving record Clean appearance Be able to pass a universal background check. 1-2 years of construction and/or water mitigation experience Reliable Transportation Must own basic hand tools Organization skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety requirements Must be dependable and on time Strong communication skills Respectful of others, including coworkers and customers Ability to lift heavy objects Availability on a rotating schedule for on-call emergency response after hours and on weekends, with overtime and bonus pay Additional Needs (Not Required) Sales and estimating experience is a plus.
