Description

Maintains all Facilities Equipment and Repairs: Maintains and makes minor repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical system, HVAC ventilation system and building structure of the club. Maintains communication with all contractors and venders on site. Performs various duties involving painting, plumbing, carpentry, plaster work, electrical work and minor Construction Projects. Emergency contract person. Maintains light bulb replacement. Daily errands and supply pick up. Help set up for events, weddings. Parties, holiday set up/tear down indoors and outdoors. Maintain water softening system. Maintain recycling pick up. Assist with Fire Inspections. Handle daily requests. Maintain and service exterior and parking lot lighting. Perform other maintenance duties as directed by the Facilities Manager and /or General Manager. Must be able to pass a background check.
