You should be able to handle general carpentry, light electric and plumbing. To be considered please reply with years of experience in each trade, references, and pictures of past projects. You must have all your own tools, reliable transportation and have a smartphone able to send clear pictures and videos. Bathroom: Install one outlet in the bathroom, (easiest might be to put outlets connected to the switch as you enter the bathroom). Remove and install a new sink faucet. repair/install tile missing around the supply line connection Kitchen: Last contractor was supposed to install the dishwasher. Make sure it is properly installed. Fix leaking kitchen sink and finish plumbing install under sink (leaking down below, inside cabinet). Install one missing kitchen cabinet handle/knob (make sure it matches with the other ones (from Home Depot, get exact match). Install an exhaust fan over the oven. Make sure it properly works  Outlet in the living room does not work. Needs fixed Adjust or cut windows so they'll close and open properly; this includes 2 windows in the kitchen, all windows in the 2 front rooms, window in the bathroom too to make sure it opens and closes properly. install 7 window screens (2 in kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 on each bedroom). Assess and report back to owner / Andy. Fix bedroom door (in the room next to the bathroom) so it closes and opens properly. Currently having to push hard to close probably needs cut or trimmed down. Change the install of the closet door in the bedroom that shares a wall with the dining room, door was installed incorrectly and opens into the closet instead of into the bedroom, should open to the outside. Add a hanging bar.  Change front bedroom closet shelves for wider shelves. Leave the hanging bar  Install an exhaust fan upstairs in the bathroom, make sure it works properly Fix exhaust fan in downstairs unit. It was installed, but is not working Stairs going to upstairs unit need nosing at stair joints, install durable metal nosing Install a door knob in front door and basement door (a door knob that locks) and that we are able to hang a lock box on it. Grading all around the house for positive drainage
