**Must have a vehicle with tow capabilities to pull a trailer** We are looking for a career-minded individual to join our pressure team! Must be able to handle both hot and cold weather conditions for long periods of time. We specialize in large communities and commercial properties with communities around Spring Hill, Murfreesboro, Mt Juliet, Lebanon, Hendersonville, and surrounding areas. Must be willing to travel from job to job. Gas stipend provided. Possibility for advancement if qualified and/or a quick learner. You will be blowing, wanding, surface scrubbing, and handling high-tech pressure washing machines. MUST have the ability to pull a trailer! Must have construction background, renovations on rental properties and maintenance will be 30% of the job. A basic knowledge of painting, drywall, minor HVAC, minor plumbing and demo work is involved. Some travel involved. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED: PHYSICAL: Ability to move quickly and easily. ADAPTABILITY: a "whatever it takes" attitude with a willingness to take initiative. Mechanically inclined is a plus. PEOPLE: Demonstrate a friendly, outgoing, and respectful personality with customers and co-workers. Only serious, hard-working, team players need to apply! Pressure washing experience is a plus, but not necessary if willing to learn. Looking to hire immediately. The majority of work is Monday through Friday.
