need help fixing my car

i drove out to a campsite out east and the dirt road ate my car. A tractor came and pulled me out. after tho the check engine light came on and it says that my knock sensor is permanently disconnected. i have no clue what that means and will also have no money until the first. the knock sensor is like a 70 dollar part but i need help getting the part and also i need someone to lend me their tools so i can figure it out. I am pretty handy and could probably do it myself. i just need someome to help me get the part and lend me their tools i promise to pay you back on the first i dont really have anyone i can reach out to.
