Howdy, Will need hardwood flooring installed in a 1400sf house. I am looking for someone that has done many installs or that does this daily and needs a side job. Work is available immediately. Let me know your availability and schedule. I have remodeled many of my houses and can do the work myself, but have too many projects. I have all materials and tools needed. I can also help install, move furnishings as I am available. I do not want a sf price. I need pay hourly, as we will need to remove furniture/flooring, sand/build up a flat floor, place rosin paper, cut 3/4" drywall reveal, clean up and place flooring and repeat for each room. Also will be adding some plywood cabinets, desk, multimedia storage cabinet and closet shelves. Let me know if you have other skills, as there will lots of different work available, as I am starting a remodel. I will respond to all replies within 24 hrs.
