Description
Rehoming to loving pet owners with a freshwater aquarium or fish tank.
I have lots of red neocardina shrimp (aka cherry shrimp) to re-home. The price is $10 for 5 shrimp, $15 for 10 shrimp, or get the deal of 20 shrimp for $20. Having a freshwater tank or aquarium that has been setup and running for at least 3 months really helps these little guys to thrive. They mostly graze on the biofilm in your tank which helps reduce algae. Be aware that large fish like goldfish or most cichlids will try to eat them.
I've been growing a bunch of salvinia minima (aka water spangles). These floating plants do great with very little surface agitation, grow quickly, and are very beginner friendly. I also have temple plant (aka hygrophilia corymbosa) and anacharis. These are all easy, beginner friendly, low tech plants that can be grown using standard aquarium lights and don't need fertilizer or CO2. They also help reduce the nitrate levels in your fish tank. These plants are guaranteed snail-free and duckweed-free.
$5 per 5"x5" portion of floating water spangles (or make an offer for a big portion, I have lots right now)
$5 for 15" of anacharis
$5 for two 4" fresh cutting of hygrophilia or one cutting with roots
I also have a different tank covered in duckweed and full of bladder and ramshorn snails. Make me an offer or ask for a free sample of you're buying $10 or more already.
Available for pickup only in my driveway near Central and Tramway anytime Saturday or Sunday or between 6:30pm-9:00pm week nights. Please save a round of emailing and instead of asking if I have any shrimp/snails/plants left, just let me know how many you want and when you'd like to come pick them up! Free transport container provided.
