ISO lead guitar, drums, bass 4 slowcore/dreamgaze band 4 elder emos

we were all young once: we bought into the smiths, belle & sebastian, new slang, cocteau twins, lost in translation. maybe we played in a few bands in our 20s and then fell out of it into full time jobs, maybe a family. sometimes we think it might be nice to dust off the old reverb pedal and plug back in. if you are like me, a little bit old but still a little bit of a dreamer, we might get along just fine. i'm a woman who has played drums and bass in bands for years, but is trying her hand at guitar/vox. i'm looking for fellow elders (i'm mid-30s) who are in it to have fun and make noise. you don't have to be a virtuosic player by any means (i'm not). i'm also not ambitious at all, i just envision practicing 1-2x/month and playing 3/4 shows per year. maybe record an ep. if it works out to do more, that's great. but time passes by too quickly nowadays. what i hear/envision: simple songs, 3-4 chords, no guitar solos except for the occasional twee pop riff, heavily washed out deadpan vox, basic drums with a lot of ride cymbal and a tastefully reverbed snare. lots of distortion/reverb/fuzz on guitar. sort of a monotonous noise slowcore vibe. i have 5/6 songs written w/ only abysmal garageband demos to show for it. they are sort of like half shoegaze half post-punk.
