We have opening for Full-time Pre-Kindergarten Full-time Elementary School Full-time Childcare Assistant Director Full-time Childcare Lead Teacher Full-time Childcare Teachers Responsible for instructing elementary school age students from grades PK-5 Start Date: August29th Classes begin September 6, 2022 Class Size: 15 or fewer Salary: 14.00 -32.00 Depending on position and experience Here's what we are looking for in a Majestic Teacher: Minimum 2 years of full-time classroom teaching experience Associates or Bachelor Degree in Education or subject field / and or teaching certification CDA required and 2 years of experience preferred, childcare positions Outstanding instructional skills, including the ability to motivate and challenge students Successful experience with reading instruction Excellent command of English, passion for supporting expressive language in non-native speakers Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a warm, strict, orderly classroom environment Demonstrated expertise in subject area and demonstrated student achievement results A strong sense of personal accountability for student achievement A belief that all students are capable of academic achievement A belief that building deep, authentic relationships with students and families is a priority Citizenship, residency or work VISA in the United States required. Demonstrate the ability to learn, prepare and teach lessons on a digital platform Majestic Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for instructing elementary school age students from grades PK-5. Creates fun, creative, engaging lesson plans, administers praise instructs students on subjects such as science, literature, and math, and other subjects. Creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program. Primary Responsibilities Create instructional resources for use in the classroom. Create lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year. Maintain grade books. Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities Create positive educational climate for students to learn in. Meet student performance goals. Participate in ongoing professional development training sessions. Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed. Create projects and project based learning designed to enhance teaching lesson, lectures, and activities. Read and stay abreast of current topics in education. Utilize various curriculum resources. Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans. Utilize curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served. Develop professional relationships with other agencies and programs. Utilize public library resources. Work with program coordinators to ensure initiatives are being met. Tutor students on an individual basis. Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Prepare and distribute required reports. Observe and evaluate student's performance.
