Moving Help to pack, unpack and organize

I need help to make a move. It is a one bedroom with minimal furnishings, but lots of "stuff". I am a senior, and I had open heart surgery in the past few months. I want to emphasize that I do not JUST need labor, but help in packing, unpacking and organizing. I also have a lot of stuff in local storage that I would like to get moved out of there and either get rid of or organize. This could be an individual, a couple, or I had a friend that had a church group come forward and give service in exchange for a donation. That would be great.
