Facilities Caretaker –St. David’s Church and Preschool JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of the Facilities Caretaker is to keep St. David’s Church and Preschool building and grounds clean and orderly; perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs; set up church/rooms for use as needed. Keep Administration advised of dangers/concerns about the condition and maintenance of buildings and grounds. The candidate must have Basic repair/maintenance skills and must possess physical and sensory ability necessary to perform all essential job functions and responsibilities safely and successfully. This includes but is not limited to: • The ability to climb steps and ladders as well as to bend, pull and push. • The ability to move and carry objects. • The ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. • The ability to follow instructions Friday/Sunday/Monday optional 4th day TBD 8 am – 1 pm 15- 20 hours per week $18 per hour Candidates for this position must complete a required background check.
