Introduction: We are an authentic, mid-century modern, 671 room resort; plus convention center, right in the heart of San Diego! We are looking for talented kitchen staff to join our Purchasing Dept, and create some excitement around this newly renovated, iconic property! Responsibilities: Responsible for receipt and delivery of all goods. Responsible for delivery of non F&B parcel shipping for entire resort. This individual will be responsible for detailed documentation of material movement through the resort. Responsible for assisting the Director of Purchasing with all issuing and ordering of food and beverage. Logs liquor invoices into perpetual log. Oversee activity in general storeroom. Qualifications: Flexibility of schedules: must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays Must be able to lift a minimum of 30-75 pounds on a consistent basis. Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time. Must have Resort Kitchen / Purchasing experience Job Type: Full-time
