We are State Sharpening Mower Sales & Service, an established but growing family owned and operated outdoor power equipment company seeking a delivery & pickup driver for new and serviced equipment. The position is for a delivery driver with some light mechanical work during non-deliver time. This position would be Full-Time, 5 days a week, generally with either the weekend off or Wednesday and Sunday off. Your main responsibilities would be the delivery and pickup of lawn equipment but when not on deliveries some small engine mechanic work. We have a wealth of experience to provide and are looking for an employee who is motivated to advance their career in small engine mechanics. The work environment is friendly and tight-knit. Responsibilities would include delivery and pickup of outdoor equipment in the local area with truck and trailer and some small engine (lawn mower) mechanical work and other general shop help. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND TRAILER EXPERIENCE! Hands on experience is a plus. Heavy lifting is required. Compensation is based off of experience, qualifications and aptitude but ranges from $13-16 per hour starting. This will be negotiated upon hiring.
