Anyone that has ever driven 28 knows its a cluster of a cluster. Always slow, ALWAYS a wreck that throws monkey balls into the commute home. I am always spying for those hotties on RT 28 (and they are there!), trying to see if I can make something happen. If the one I saw today in the blue KIA could just write and say hello, it would be a miracle of miracles. At least the northbound ramp is opened! Thanks Penndot!
