Welder wanted to Fix My Cast Iron Table.

I need a welder. I have 2 projects: Lost couple of the table legs during move to a new house. I need someone to build me 4 new legs or duplicate the ones that I have. Here are come pictures of the table and the legs plus the boarder that was under the table for attaching the legs. If you could do that great. (The manufacturer went out of business therefore there are no parts.) Also, I have another welding project, which is building a 7-10 foot long Bougainvillea Tree Holder. I need that done is Stainless Steel since other metals rust or not strong enough. It will go around my Bougainvillea tree and tree attaches itself and run up over 10 feet and hangs down. I have included one picture (last picture) Please text if you can. Please include your pricing. Per project I am not comfortable negotiating and I DO value your time & talent for what your think it is worth. I do not want to diminish what you are worth by negotiating. I just have a budget to stick to and if it make sense we will move forward. Very painless and straight forward. I do like to see sample projects or website/portfolio. Thank you for reading my post.
