Joy Automotive is looking for an apprentice service advisor. We are looking for someone who is great with customer and loves cars. No experience is necessary but prior experience or knowledge of cars is a plus. We will trainer the right candidate which includes professional development classes. Duties: Greeting customers, answer phones, take in cars, order parts, entering customers in the shop program, communication with customers and follow up, Requirements: Valid CA drivers license, team player, high level of honesty and integrity, professionalism in conduct and appearance.
