Position Title: Repairs and Maintenance Technician
*** This position is salaried and requires a variety of shifts to meet business needs***
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the condition and functionality of premises.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Works with clients, employees, and senior management to drive, execute, and deliver sales matrix.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures and completing work orders
- Demonstrates experience as a maintenance technician
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, common appliances and hand tools
Qualifications
- Demonstrates great written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a reliable form of communication (cell phone).
- Must own a truck or work van to perform job duties with insurance and current registration.
- Must own personal hand tools
- Must provide proof of legal status to work in the United States.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
