Warehouse Laborer and Lead/Supervisor Positions Full-time position The ideal candidate(s) will have warehouse experience for laborers positions AND/OR a minimum 6 months - 1 year of previous leadership experience, have certification for FORKLIFT, be motivated and self-driven, hardworking, and willing to get a foot in the door for permanent placement for Lead Position. These positions are in Vernon, CA. Duties: • Laborer o Physical work o Re-packing o Moving inventory Requirements: o Ability to lift to 50 lbs. • Lead/Supervisor o Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately o Inspect packages for defects and damages o Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments o Organize warehouse space o Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately o Check and verify shipping labels o Warehouse inventory management o Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations o Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures o Keep warehouse clean and organized daily Requirements: • At least 18 years of age and a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience. • Highly motivated individual with attention to detail. • Experience with Microsoft outlook, excel, and other computer programs. • Great written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to follow instructions and give clear instructions to employees. • Ability to work in a high stress environment and quick on your feet. • Forklift Certified Experience handling order processing from major retailers a plus.
