Rex Implants Inc. is looking for a Part Time Packaging Operator to package non-sterile products at our packaging facility. The Packaging Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our non-sterile medical device packaging line. The Packaging Operator is required to perform various functions including setting up the packaging line, packaging products, applying labels product packaging, and process documentation. Packaging Operators must report any quality control issues before and during packaging activities. This role requires timely and professional communication to management and ensure that all processes are completed properly and efficiently. Our team is committed to quality and professional development, and this position will provide valuable experience working for a medical device company with ISO 13485:2016 certification. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Operate packaging equipment in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and ISO 13485 • Handle start up and shut down duties pertaining to packaging equipment at the beginning and end of each shift • Package non-sterile products in accordance with the relevant work instructions and quality system procedures • Follow packaging assembly protocols • Label and store packaged product • Inspect products for quality control and report any issues • Contribute to a safe work environment by following guidelines for controlled environments • Follow instructions and work to meet daily job assignments and KPIs • Maintain a productive working environment through communication and teamwork If you are interested please respond to this ad through CL and include a short resume and include your phone number.
