Position: Warehouse Lead Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Direct Reports: Warehouse Employees Days of Work: Varies by Area of Responsibility Backup: Other warehouse leads Hours of Work: Varies by Shift General Position Overview: The Warehouse Lead is responsible to support the Warehouse Supervisor as he manages all aspects of warehouse floor operations.General Tasks:Directing the work activities of warehouse employeesProvide input on disciplinary issuesTraining of EmployeesMonitoring Breaks and LunchesControlling Housekeeping ActivityExpected to work additional shift to cover other leads’ vacations and PTOExpected to help cover for the supervisors’ vacations and PTOExpected to help cover in the shipping office as neededPerform regular warehouse duties when time allowsOther duties as assignedAdherence to Food Safety/Food Defense and security principles#LLPRWhy Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
