Help rehoming Aussie

Hi, I have an Aussie who has fear based issues and has bitten my niece among others. I have had him in training and have been doing what I can to work though these issues, including medicating him but today he bit my niece and I no longer feel I can keep him as I am worried for her safety and am feeling like I need to do something before something worse happens. Sage is a really really great dog with those he loves, he is so smart and well behaved but is so afraid of others outside of his family that he is a risk to be around. He knows commands such as “come, sit, lay down, relax (lay down with her on floor and back legs kicked out so he isn’t ready to pounce), roll over, return (emergency recall-comes straight back to you if you say this word), stay, and bed. I am doing what I can to try to find an option for him other than putting him down. If you are able to take him or know of others who could, please let me know. Needs to go to a stable, adult only home. He will need an adjustment period for anyone who is willing to take him, with time and treats he could be the best dog ever, to anyone who is willing and able to keep him from kids and strangers.
